🇦🇪 UAE — work visa
The UAE work visa allows foreign nationals to work across all seven emirates. A 60-day work visa lets you enter and start work immediately, after which your employer applies for a 2-year employment and residency visa. You’ll also receive a Labour Card — an identity document required to be carried at all times.
Your employer initiates the process by obtaining Ministry of Labour approval and an Entry Permit before you arrive. Once in the country, you apply for a Residence Visa within 60 days, complete your Emirates ID registration, undergo a medical test, and get your visa stamped at the DNRD.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — Points-Based Immigration
Since January 2021, the UK operates a new points-based immigration system that treats all applicants equally regardless of origin. A minimum of 70 points is required, with priority given to candidates with strong skills in science, technology, and academia.
Points are earned through a job offer, English proficiency, salary level, working in a shortage occupation, and holding a PhD. Application fees follow the existing structure, with an immigration skills charge applicable to UK employers hiring skilled workers.

🇭🇰 Hong Kong — QMAS visa
The Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) is a points-based work visa for highly skilled professionals. Hong Kong is Asia’s leading financial centre and a major hub for trade, logistics, and investment — offering strong career opportunities especially as China opens its markets further.
Applicants must be 18 or above, financially self-sufficient, of good character with no criminal record, and proficient in written and spoken English or Chinese. A degree from a recognised university is the basic educational requirement.

Uniquely, Germany offers a Job Seeker Visa — a 6-month long-term residency permit that lets you enter the country and search for work before having a job offer in hand.
